Chef Kunio Sakuma has been head tempura chef of Shikigiku Japanese Restaurant at Hong Kong’s Royal Garden Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui East since it was known as Inagiku.I don’t eat much every day – I usually just eat a little for every meal.
